Removing stains from your carpets, rugs or upholstery is usually a time-consuming process. It also requires experience, patience and the right tools and chemicals.
We can tick all the boxes with ease: we did a great job for all of our customers in East London and there are few stains that proved too old to remove.
However, we do ask you to give us a call to have a free assessment and consultation with our experts so that you know what to do before our technicians get to inspect and treat the stain.
The steps of removing stains
Here are the steps of removing stains, taken by our technicians:
- After you contact us by phone for a free assesment, advice and a very good quote, we send the technicians over to treat the stains.
- Based on their assessment and after consulting with you, our technicians choose the right chemical from their van and the right cleaning method.
- Usually we employ the hot water injection technique, also known as steam carpet cleaning. However, there are times when we also use the dry carpet cleaning method, depending on the fabric and the type of stain we have to deal with.
- After pre-treating the stain and then removing it, our technicians consult with you to make sure that you’re happy with the result.
What types of stains we can remove
We can remove some 99% of the stains we have to deal with. From our experience with East London customers, there are hardly situations when one stain proves to be too old or too difficult to remove.
In most cases, we remove the stain and the fabric that’s been sitting on is refreshed and as good as new.
